William "Burl" McCulley, age 86 of Caryville, passed away on Tuesday, March 18, 2014 at his residence. Burl was born on May 18, 1927 in Campbell County, Tennessee to the late Pat and Lillie Dail McCulley. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Lake City, and former owner of Lindsay Mill Boat Dock, who also worked at Oak Ridge. Burl enjoyed fishing and loved spending time with his dog, Lola. In addition to his parents, Burl is preceded in death by: wife, Norma Jean McCulley; daughter, Robin McCulley; son, Bill McCulley; and his brothers: Kenneth, Buck, and Bob McCulley.

Visitation: 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM Thursday, March 20, 2014 at Hatmaker Funeral Home in Lake City.
Funeral Service: 7:00 PM Thursday, March 20, 2014 in the Hatmaker Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Brian Courtney officiating.
Interment: Family and Friends will meet at 10:00 AM on Friday, March 21, 2014 at the Woodhaven Memorial Gardens in Claxton, Tennessee for Burl's interment.
