William Esco "Whitie" Armstrong

William Esco "Whitie" Armstrong, age 76 of Lake City, passed away on Sunday, August 23, 2015 at his residence. Whitie was born in Anderson County, TN on November 16, 1938 to the late Arnold Esco and Margaret Marie Childs Armstrong. He was an iron worker for Erection Specialist. Whitie was a member of Pine Hill Baptist Church. Along with racing and football, Whitie loved spending time with his grandchildren and his great grandchildren.

Visitation: 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Thursday, August 27, 2015 at Hatmaker Funeral Home in Lake City, Tennessee.
Funeral Service: 8:00 PM, Thursday, August 27, 2015 in the Hatmaker Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Randy Lowe officiating.
Family and Friends will meet at Hatmaker Funeral Home in Lake City on Friday, August 28, 2015 at 9:30 AM to go in procession to the Pine Hill Cemetery in Lake City for a 10:00 AM graveside service.
