Wendell Riggs

Wendell Riggs, age 71, of Lake City, passed away on Friday, July 29, 2016 at Methodist Medical Center of Oak Ridge. He was born March 15, 1945 in Anderson County to the late James Edgar and Alice McMillian Riggs. Wendell enjoyed building houses, hiking, tinkering, flea markets, and collecting hammers.

The family would also like to give a special thanks to Covenant Hospital staff: Ericka, Muriel and Chaplin Tom.

Visitation: 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Monday, August 1, 2016 at Hatmaker Funeral Home in Lake City.

At Wendell's request, he will be cremated.
