Tommy Carl Barber, age 68 of Lake City, passed away on Wednesday, January 7, 2015 at his residence. Tommy was born in Anderson County on September 14, 1946 to the late Jack and Bessie Hawkins Barber. Tommy was a coal miner. He was a member of the First Baptist Church in Briceville, Tennessee. He enjoyed Coon Hunting and spending time with his family and friends. in addition to his parents, Tommy is preceded in death by his sisters: ruby Wilson, Pauline Harmon, Kathlene Daugherty, Helen Sharp and Patsy Searle, brother: Johnny Harmon and grandson: Anthony Skyler Barber.
