Stacey Nicole Phillips, age 33 of Caryville, passed away February 6, 2011 in Las Vegas, Nevada. She is preceded in death by her brother, Danny Phillips, grandparents, Starling and Earie Kennedy, and Abe and Lillian Phillips.
