Scott Lewis Smith, age 46, of Oliver Springs, passed away on Monday, August 19, 2013 at the Methodist Medical Center of Oak Ridge. Scott was born on October 21, 1966 in Jackson, Michigan. He enjoyed dirt track racing, and fishing. Scott is preceded in death by: wife, Alice Bunch Seiber Smith, step son, Lawrence Seiber, his sister, Angela Smith, his brother, David Smith, his step brother, Allen Belcher, and his step sister, Vivian Belcher.
