Ruby (Waddell) Mccarter

Ruby Vandella Waddell McCarter, age 100 of Caryville, passed away on Sunday, January 11, 2015 at her daughter's residence in Nancy, Kentucky. She was born June 9, 1914 in Knox County, Tennessee to the late Claude and Maggie Jones Waddell. She was of the Baptist faith and attended White Oak Baptist Church in Nancy, Kentucky. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by husband; Kenneth McCarter, twin daughters; Eva and Neva McCarter, son; Condon McCarter, son-in-law; Don Dunn, brothers; Harry and Fred Waddell, sister; Naomi Gamble.

Visitation: 6:00 PM -8:00 PM Tuesday, January 13, 2015 at Hatmaker Funeral Home.
Funeral Service: 8:00 PM Tuesday, January 13, 2015 at Hatmaker Funeral Home with Rev. James Floyd officiating.
Interment: Family and Friends will meet at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, January 14, 2015 at Waddell Dixon Cemetery in Caryville for Ruby's graveside service.
