Roy Lee Wills, age48 of Lake City, passed away on Wednesday, August 5, 2015 at his residence. Roy was born July 6, 1967 in Dayton, OH to the late Roy Evert and Sandra Duncan Wills. He was a member of Beech Grove Baptist Church. Roy loved to draw.
