Roy Lee Violet

Roy Lee Violet, age 71, of Lake City, passed away on September 16, 2013. Roy was born on November 15, 1941 in Anderson County, Tennessee to the late Robert Lincoln and Melda Marie Whitaker Violet. Roy was a veteran of the United States Army. He enjoyed roofing, ginsenging, and hunting dry land fish. In addition to his parents, Roy is preceded in death by his sister, Dorothy M. Lawson, and his infant brother, Bobby Lee.

Visitation: 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM Wednesday, September 18, 2013 at Hatmaker Funeral Home.
Funeral Service: 7:00 PM Wednesday, September 18, 2013 in the Hatmaker Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Gary Clark and Rev. Scott Harmon officiating.
Interment: Family and Friends will gather at 10:00 AM on Thursday, September 19, 2013 at the Island Ford Cemetery in Lake City for Roy's interment with Military Honors by the Campbell County Honor Guard.
