Roy Lee Parks

Roy Lee Parks, age 86 of Lake City, passed away Monday, October 3, 2011 at his residence. He was born August 12, 1925 in Anderson County, TN to the late David Richard and Tennie Hutson Parks. Roy was of the Baptist faith. He retired from the Siler Bean Company and Allen V. Smith Company. Roy was a US Army Veteran of WWII. In addition to his parents, Roy is preceded in death by his wife, Ola Parks, infant daughter, Kathy Diana Parks, sisters, Ernestine Hawkins and Margaret Hammons and brother, David Parks, Jr.

Visitation: 6:00 - 8:00 PM Wednesday, October 5, 2011 at the Hatmaker Funeral Home.
Funeral Service: 8:00 PM Wednesday, October 5, 2011 in the Hatmaker Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Chris Thomas and Rev. Wayne Phillips officiating.
Family and friends will meet at 9:30 AM Thursday, October 6, 2011 at funeral home to go in procession to Leach Cemetery in Lake City, TN for 10:00 AM interment with Full Military Honors by the Campbell County Honor Guard.
