Roberta "Bertie" Ruth Wilson

Roberta "Bertie" Ruth Wilson, age 71 of Lake City, Tennessee, a born again Christian, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, September 12, 2014 at the Methodist Medical Center of Oak Ridge. She was born in Anderson County, Tennessee to the late Robert and Lassie Beach Wilson on May 27, 1943. Roberta enjoyed traveling, spending time with her family and friends, especially her grandchildren, and was an avid University of Tennessee sports fan. Roberta loved her dog dearly, "Baby Boy." In addition to her parents, Roberta is preceded in death by grandchildren, Jimmy Wilson and Lola Hill, and brothers, Claude and Johnny Wilson.

Funeral Service: 6:00 PM, Sunday, September 14, 2014 in the Hatmaker Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Tim Russell officiating.
Family and Friends will meet at Hatmaker Funeral Home at 10:30 AM, Monday, September 15, 2014 to go in procession to the Leach Cemetery in Lake City, Tennessee for graveside services at 11:00 AM.
