Robert James Blanchard

Robert James Blanchard Sr., age 79, of Lake City, passed away Tuesday, August 7, 2012 at the Methodist Medical Center of Oak Ridge. Robert was born September 25, 1932 to the late Arthur and Edna Porter Blanchard. He attended Clear Branch Baptist Church. In addition to parents, Robert is preceded in death by his brother Earl Blanchard.
