Rev. Lloyd Raymond Slover

Rev. Lloyd Slover, age 76, of Lake City, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, August 23, 2012. He was a Baptist Minister for 49 years and a member of Macedonia Baptist Church at the time of his death. Lloyd is preceded in death by his parents Rev. P.E. and Lassie Slover; brothers: his twin, Rev. Floyd Slover, Rev. William Slover, Millard Slover and his sister, Bonnie Sharp.

4 Great Grandchildren

Several nieces, nephews, and host of other relatives and friends to mourn his passing.


Visitation: 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Saturday, August 25, 2012 at Hatmaker Funeral Home in Lake City.
Funeral Service: 7:00 p.m. Saturday, August 25, 2012 in the Hatmaker Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. J.T. Asbury, and Rev. Bill Hicks officiating.
Interment: Friends and Family will meet at Oak Grove Cemetery at 1:00 p.m. on Sunday, August 26, 2012 for Rev. Lloyd's interment.
