Reba Lucille (Strong) Disney

Reba Lucille Disney, age 91, of the Dutch Valley Community, passed away peacefully Sunday, May 2, 2010 at the Methodist Medical Center of Oak Ridge surrounded by her loving family. She was born July 25, 1918 in Anderson County, TN to the late G.W. and Nancy Elizabeth Weaver Strong. Reba was a lifetime member of the Island Ford Baptist Church, where she taught Sunday School. She enjoyed quilting, flowers, gardening and spending time with family. Reba is preceded in death by her parents, husband, Ed Disney, sisters, Mossie Lee Burton and Ocie Jane Ward, brothers, Sam Strong and William Jackson Strong "Bid".

Great Grandchildren Eric and Kaden

Several Nieces, Nephews and host of other relatives.

Assured of her salvation, we find hope and peace in knowing she is with her Lord Jesus.

Visitation: 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 4, 2010 at Hatmaker Funeral Home. Funeral Service: 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 5, 2010 at the Island Ford Baptist Church with Rev. Charles Harness and Rev. Lowell Elkins officiating.
Interment: Will follow the Funeral Service at the Island Ford Cemetery in Lake City, TN.
