Phyllis Clydene Wilson Daniels Livengood, age 89, of Oak Ridge, Tennessee died on October 19, 2024 at Commonwealth Senior Living of Oak Ridge. She was born on March 25, 1935 in Coal Creek, Tennessee to the late Homer Clyde Wilson and Eva Louise Duncan. She married her high school sweetheart, Bobby Daniels, on December 16, 1955. They raised five children, had four grandchildren and were together until Bob’s death in December 1995. She was married to Hal Livengood from 2003 until his death in 2007. She was of the Baptist faith and a member of First Baptist Church of Clinton. She loved her family, her church and had a heart for missions. She was a longtime member of the WMU and supportive of various mission efforts through the years. She went on mission trips including ministering to women in prison in Nashville and two trips to Romania. When she wasn’t raising her family or saving the world, she enjoyed gardening, reading, and crocheting.
She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Bob, brothers Thomas "Sonny" Gross and Joe Mac Gross, special cousins Margaret Stallard and Jane Boggs and two grandsons.
Clydene is survived by her children, Keith and Tina Daniels, Lake City, Kelly and Sherry Daniels, Knoxville, Norman and Laura Daniels, Knoxville, Cara and Michael Allison, Knoxville, Paula Daniels, Oak Ridge. Sister Ruth Ellen Mitchell, Lake City. Grandchildren Jarett and Heather White, Knoxville, Ian Daniels, Knoxville, Melanie Daniels, Knoxville, Sara Daniels, Los Angeles, CA. Great granddaughters Charleigh Dienathal and Kellsie White.

Funeral Service: 7:00PM, Friday, October 25, 2024 at the Hatmaker Funeral Home Chapel in Lake City with Susan Parrish officiating.
Interment: Family and friends will meet at 11:00AM, Saturday, October 26, 2024 at Leach Cemetery in Lake City for a graveside service
