Phillip "Ray" Duncan

Phillip "Ray" Duncan age 73, retired businessman of Lake City, passed away on Saturday, August 28, 2010 at Mercy Medical Center of Knoxville. Ray was very active in local politics, having previously served as Mayor and currently serving as City Councilman of Lake City. He enjoyed traveling, dancing, and being around people. Ray is preceded in death by parents, Ed and Myrtle Duncan, sister, Peggy Duncan, brother-in-laws, Ron Poynter and George Johnson.

Visitation: 5:30 to 8:00 PM Tuesday, August 31, 2010 at Hatmaker Funeral Home
Funeral: 8:00 PM Tuesday, August 31, 2010 at the Hatmaker Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Justin Phillips officiating.
Interment: 11:00 AM Wednesday, September 1, 2010 at the Oak Grove Cemetery in Lake City.
