Pearl E. Lyons Hammac, age 81 of Clinton, passed away on Wednesday, January 1, 2014 at the Golden Living Nursing Home in Clinton. She was born February 28, 1932 to the late Johnny Lyons and Louise Campbell Lyons. She was a member of North Clinton Baptist Church in Clinton. She taught Sunday School for many years. Pearl was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. In addition to her parents, Pearl is preceded in death by her husband, Sewell F. Hammac; daughter, Faye Hammac Whitaker; brother, Jerry Lyons; and sister, Julia Lyons Trammell.

Funeral Service: 2:00 PM Friday, January 3, 2014 at Hatmaker Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jimmy Ault, and Rev. Fred (Buddy) Long officiating.
Interment will follow funeral service at Sinking Springs Cemetery in Clinton.
