Opal Jewel (Rutherford) Collins

Opal Jewel Rutherford Collins, age 85 of Knoxville passed away Saturday, July 2, 2011 at her residence. She was born December 12, 1925 in Briceville, TN to the late Harrison and Mary Richards Rutherford. Opal was a member of the Briceville Church of God. She enjoyed gardening, sewing, crafts, canning, and spending time with family and friends. In addition to parents, she is preceded in death by, Son, Ronald Collins, Brother, Otis Rutherford.

Family and friends will meet at 10:00 am Wednesday, July 6, 2011 at Thorn Grove Cemetery in Knoxville, Tn.
