Mrs. Ollie Phillips, age 89, passed away Thursday, August 11, 2011. She was a member of Lake City Christian Fellowship and is preceded in death by her husband Rev. Carvin Phillips, and 9 brothers and sisters.

Interment: Friends and Family will meet at Hatmaker Funeral Home at 9:15 AM on Monday, August 15, 2011 to go in procession to Leach Cemetery for a 10:00 AM graveside service.
