Neva L. Brown

Neva L. Brown went home to be with Jesus surrounded by her loving family on Thursday, May 8, 2014. Neva was born on May 10, 1918 to parents James Burt and Ida Mae Reed Smith in Campbell County, Tennessee. Neva enjoyed spending time with her family, traveling, crocheting, and fishing. Neva was of the Baptist Faith. In addition to her parents, Neva is preceded in death by husbands: Owen Dabney, Frank Thaler, Wilbur n Brown; brothers Hubert, Claude, Edward, Everett, and J. Will Smith; and sisters Ethel Raines, and Faye Smiddy.

Family and Friends will meet at Oak Grove Cemetery in Lake City, Tennessee on Monday, May 12, 2014 following funeral services for Neva's interment.
