Millard Phillips

Millard Phillips, age 82, of Lake City, passed away July 17, 2012 at the LaFollette Medical Center. He was born on May 9, 1929 in Campbell County to the late Frank and Maggie Daugherty Phillips. Millard enjoyed fishing, hunting, sports and telling tall tales. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Medie Phillips, son Eddie Phillips, brother Bobby Phillips, sisters, Elizabeth Taylor, Cressie Smith, and Bessie Carroll and two great grandsons.
