Michael Scott Maples, age 50, of Lake City, passed away at his residence on Thursday, June 19, 2014. Michael was born on November 3, 1963 in Anderson County, Tennessee to Mack and Linda Wildman Maples. Michael attended Chapel at Fort Eustis, Virginia. He enjoyed fishing, woodworking, surfing, loved helping people, and spending time with his family. Michael is preceded in death by his sister Sherry Jo Maples.

Graveside Service: Family and Friends will meet at 1:00 PM Tuesday, June 24, 2014 at the Norris Memorial Gardens in Norris, Tennessee with Rev. Mike Foust officiating.
