Michael John Deleonardis

Michael John Deleonardis, age 80 of Knoxville, Tennessee, formerly of Connecticut, passed away on Tuesday, December 19, 2017 at the Summit View of Rocky Top. Michael was born on December 9, 1937 in Darien, Connecticut to the late Michael and Ann Branca Deleonardis. Michael was an educator for many years. He was a member of St. Aloysius Parish in New Canaan, Connecticut. Michael was a board member of the YMCA, gave many lectures on astronomy and general sciences, loved model trains and was an avid art collector.

A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, December 27 ,2017 at the East Tennessee Veteran Cemetery on Gov. John Sevier Highway in Knoxville, Tennessee for a 9:30 AM burial with Military Honors presented by the East Tennessee Veterans Honor Guard.
