Mary Grace (Braden) Williams

Mary Grace (Braden) Williams, age 81, of Indian Bluff went home to be with the lord on Friday April 10, 2015. She was born June 7, 1933 in Anderson County, TN to the late William and Sally Braden. She was baptized October 8, 1944 and at the time of her death she held the longest membership at the Indian Bluff Baptist Church. Mary was a devoted homemaker and a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Her sewing and needlecraft skills were exceptional. Mary also loved making quilts and creating treasured heirlooms for her family and friends. Mary was a faithful Christian and an inspiration too many with her dedication and support to Indian Bluff Baptist Church. She was loved by many and will be greatly missed. In addition to her parents, she is proceded in death by her sisters, Cora Bailey, Wilma Hooks, Helen Mlinarcik and Vandalee Hensley.

Mary would like to extend a very special thank you to the families of Lucille Braden, Volena Duggins, Chloe Foust, Bonnie Long, Mabel Adkins, and Catherine Emory, and numerous nieces, nephews, and other special family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Indian Bluff Baptist Church Building Fund.

Visitation: 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Monday, April 13, 2014 at Hatmaker Funeral Home in Lake City, Tennessee.
Funeral Service: 8:00 PM, Monday, April 13, 2014 in the Hatmaker Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Tom Byrge, Rev. Jimmy Ault, and Brother Everett Byrge officiating.
Family and Friends will meet at Indian Bluff Cemetery in Briceville on Tuesday, April 14, 2015 at 2:00 PM for graveside services.
