Mary Offia Seiber, age 92 of LaFollette, passed away Wednesday, March 13, 2013 at the North Regional Medical Center of Knoxville. She was born in the New River Community on July 24, 1920 to the late William and Annie Jones Phillips. She was a member of the Free Communion Baptist Church. She enjoyed quilting, cooking, and spending time with family and friends. In addition to her parents, Mary is preceded in death by: husband, Virgil Seiber; daughter, Shelby Phillips, her sister; Margaret Jones, and her brothers; Early, Lonzie, and Freddy Phillips.

Interment: To follow Funeral Service at the Campbell Memorial Gardens in LaFollette.
