Louise Thomas

Louise Thomas, age 70 of Oak Ridge went to be with the Lord on January 27, 2025. She was born at LaFollette Hospital in LaFollette, TN to the late Robert Phillips and O'Dessa Byrge Phillips on January 31, 1954. She and her sibling Billy Ray were the only two born in the LaFollette Hospital. She was of the Christian Faith. She was a caregiver and a very giving person. Louise would give you her last dollar. She always kept a very tidy house and loved flowers. Louise is preceded in death by her parents, Robert and O'Dessa Byrge Phillips, infant sister: Gladys Phillips and sister: Stella Phillips, infant brother: Thomas Phillips, and brothers: Raymond, Billy Ray, Elmer, Coye, and Lester Phillips, and her nephew: Roger Phillips.

Grandchildren: Amber, Sayara and Robert Neal
