Loucille Phillips Dabney, age 81, of Lake City, Tennessee passed away at her residence on Sunday, November 8, 2015. She was born in Coal Creek, Tennessee on April 22, 1934 to the late Otha Franklin and Flossie Lovania Martin Hunley. She was a lifelong member of Longfield Baptist Church in Lake City. Loucille had a serving heart and loved helping the sick, visiting nursing homes, and food ministries. In addition to her parents, Loucille is preceded in death by: husbands, Farley Phillips, and Benjamin Dabney, and her brother, Jim Hunley.

Funeral Service: 8:00 PM Tuesday, November 10, 2015 in the Hatmaker Funeral Home Chapel in Lake City, Tennessee with Rev. Charles Harness officiating.
Family and Friends will meet at 10:30 AM, Wednesday, November 11, 2015, at Hatmaker Funeral Home in Lake City to go in procession to the Oak Grove Cemetery in Lake City, Tennessee for an 11:00 AM graveside service.
