Lona J Wagner

Lona Jane Wagner, age 86 of Lake City, TN, passed away on Friday, July 24, 2015 at the North Knoxville Medical Center. She was born in New River on June 19, 1929 to the late Columbus and Emily Duncan Hawkins. Lona was a member of the Mtn. View Baptist Church. She enjoyed puzzles, planting, walking, ginseng, and spending time with family and friends. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, John Henry Wagner; grandchildren, Tiffany Shyann Braden, Temperance Hayden Carroll, and Jaden Mills; brothers, Frankie, Johnny, Noah, and Walter Hawkins; sister, Louise Carroll.

Visitation: 11:00 A.M. to 12:00 Noon, Tuesday, July 28, 2015 at Hatmaker Funeral Home in Lake City, TN.
Funeral Service: 12:00 Noon, Tuesday, July 28, 2015 in the Hatmaker Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Tom Byrge officiating.
Interment: Will follow the Funeral Service at Mtn. View Cemetery in Lake City, TN.
