Joe Mac Phillips, age 64, of Heiskell passed away on February 24, 2022 at his residence. HE was born on September 8, 1957 to the late James Ray Phillips and Betty Lou Mounce in Beech Grove, TN. He was of the Baptist faith and loved cars, motorcycles, and the faster the car the better. Joe Mac is survived by:
