Joann "Mammy" Miller Adkins

JoAnn Miller "Mammy" Adkins, age 79, of Lake City, passed away on Thursday, January 29, 2015. She was born on January 6, 1936 in Harlan Co., Kentucky to the late Robert and Marie Frady Miller. She was a member of Oak Grove Baptist Church. Mammy enjoyed going to flea markets and mothering her kids and grandkids. In addition to her parents, Mammy is preceded in death by: husband, Cleo Adkins, brothers: RJ and Verle Miller, sisters: Alene Coley, Christine Cunningham, daughters: Patsy Seiber, and Janice Seiber, and son: Timothy Adkins.

Funeral Service: 7:00 PM Saturday, January 31, 2015 at Hatmaker Funeral Home with Rev. David Walker and Rev. C.H. Baird officiating.
Interment: Family and Friends will meet on Sunday, February 1, 2015 at 10:15 AM at Hatmaker Funeral Home in Lake City, Tennessee to go in procession to the Oak Grove Cemetery in Lake City for an 11:00 AM Graveside Service.
