Jean Lane

Jean Lane, age 76 of Lake City, passed away at the Methodist Medical Center of Oak Ridge on Tuesday, May 21, 2013. Jean was born in Harlan, Kentucky on July 9, 1936 to the late Berry McKinley Hale and Annie Mary Reed Hale. She was a member of Beech Grove Baptist Church. Jean enjoyed playing piano, cooking, had a big and loving heart, and to donate St. Jude Children's Hospital. In addition to her parents, Jean is preceded in death by: husband, James Lane Sr., son, Jeffery Scott Lane, and great grandchildren, Olivia and Aiden Martin.

Visitation: 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm on Saturday, May 25, 2013 at Hatmaker Funeral Home in Lake City.
Funeral Service: 3:00 pm on Saturday, May 25, 2013 in the Hatmaker Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Lynn Mowery and Rev. Kenneth Seeber officiating.
Interment: To follow Funeral Service at the Foust Cemetery in Lake City.
