Jay "J.C." Lively

Jay "J.C." Lively, age 49 of Lake City, passed away Friday, October 12, 2012 at North Knoxville Medical Center. He was born June 4, 1963 in Anderson County. J.C. attended the Church of God Mountain Assembly. He enjoyed fishing, scrapping, Tennessee football, and spending time with family and friends especially his grandson, Drake.

Four grandchildren and one on the way, several nieces and nephews and host of other relatives.

Visitation: 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm on Friday, October 19, 2012 at Hatmaker Funeral Home.
Funeral Service: 7:00 pm on Friday, October 19, 2012 in the Hatmaker Funeral Home Chapel with his Brother Bo Lively officiating.
At his request, he will be cremated following the services.
