Jay B. Chambers, age 68 of Conway, AR, passed away on Friday, December 17, 2010 at the Conway Regional Medical Center. He was born June 11, 1942 in Elk Valley, TN to Ollie Mae (Hicks) Chambers, who resides in Clinton, TN and the late Thomas Chambers. Mr. Chambers was a graduate of East Tennessee State University in Johnson City, TN in 1964. He was retired from Glaxo Smith Kline as District Manager in Pharmaceutical Salers. He is preceded in death by his father and brother, Harold Chambers.

Visitation: 6:00 to 8:00 PM Tuesday, December 21, 2010 at the Hatmaker Funeral Home.
Funeral Service: 8:00 PM Tuesday, December 21, 2010 in the Hatmaker Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Tom Byrge and eulogy by Thomas G. Hicks.
Interment: 11:00 AM Wednesday, December 22, 2010 at the Oak Grove Cemetery in Lake City, TN.
