James William Shetterly Sr

James William Shetterly Sr., age 84, of Lake City, Tennessee, passed away on Thursday, December 11, 2014 at the Fort Sanders Regional Medical Center of Knoxville. He was born on September 21, 1930 in Campbell County, Tennessee to the late Ulus S. and Dora Edna Johnson Shetterly. James was a United States Army Veteran who served in the Korean War. He was of the Baptist Faith. James enjoyed nascar, fishing, and spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren and great grandchildren. In addition to his parents, James is preceded in death by his sisters, Mildred and Helen Shetterly.

Visitation: 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Sunday, December 14, 2014 at Hatmaker Funeral Home in Lake City, Tennessee.

Funeral Service: 7:00 PM, Sunday December 14, 2014 in the Hatmaker Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Larry Tilley officiating.

Family and Friends will meet on Monday, December 15, 2014 at 9:30 AM at the East Tennessee Veterans Cemetery on John Seiver Highway in Knoxville, Tennessee for graveside services with Military Honors presented by the Campbell County Honor Guard.
