James Charles Rutherford, age 30 passed away Sunday, May 29, 2011 at the Mercy Medical Center in Knoxville, TN. James was born May 22, 1981 in Campbell County, TN. He enjoyed working on cars and stereo equipment and also spending time with family and friends. He is preceded in death by his grandfather, Charles Allen, grandmother, Fayetta Lawson Rutherford and step-father, Allen Foust.

Funeral Service: 2:00 PM Thursday, June 2, 2011 at the Lake View Baptist Church with Rev. Allen Giles officiating.
Interment: Will follow the Funeral Service at the Willoughby Cemetery in Jacksboro, TN.
