James Kelly "J.K." Massengill Jr

James Kelly "J.K." Massengill Jr., age 72 of Lake City, Tennessee, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, September 26, 2014 at his residence. He was born October 14, 1941 in Lake City to the late James Sr. and Della Redden Massengill. James was a member of Clinch River Baptist Church and enjoyed working, fishing, and spending time with family and friends. He retired after 32 years of service with Norfolk Southern Railroad. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his wife, Martha Massengill.

Son Roger Massengill and wife, Tammy Lake City

Daughter Kristin Woods Lake City

Special Niece Tesia Ridenour Andersonville

Visitation: 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM, Sunday, September 28, 2014 at Hatmaker Funeral Home.
Funeral Service: 5:00 PM, Sunday, September 28, 2014 in the Hatmaker Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Tom Byrge officiating.
Family and Friends will meet at Norris Memorial Gardens in Norris, Tennessee for graveside services at 11:00 AM on Monday, September 29, 2014.
