Ike Leab, age 81 of Lake City, passed away on Sunday, November 22, 2015 at the Methodist Medical Center of Oak Ridge. He was born in New River on November 5, 1934 to the late Guy and Sabra Phillips Leab. Ike was a member of Grave Hill Baptist Church. He was a retired coal miner. Ike loved hunting and shooting matches, and watching Nascar races and football. In addition to his parents, Ike is preceded in death by grandparents: John and Sally Leab, and William and Cressie Phillips; brothers: Vaughn, Hurstle, and Bill Leab; and sister: Dolly Hungate.
