Homer Ray Lewallen age 78, (Lake City native), dear son of the late James and Lela and beloved husband of Betty June and brother Jack, all of Lake City, left this Earth peacefully, with his special niece and family at his side in Cincinnati, Ohio on April 26, 2012.

Visitation: 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm Sunday, April 29, 2012 at Hatmaker Funeral Home.
Funeral Service: 3:00 pm, Sunday, April 29, 2012 in the Hatmaker Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Tom Byrge.
Interment: To follow the visitation at the Oak Grove Cemetery, Lake City, Tn.
