Helen Nelson

Helen Nelson, age 77 of Lake City, passed away Wednesday, April 7, 2010 at Summit View Health Care. She was born August 8, 1932 in Anderson County, TN to the late Dave and Ethel Cole Harmon. She was a member of the Main Street Baptist Church. She enjoyed flowers, gardening, reading, going to church to walk, and spending time with friends and family, especially her grandkids. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brother, Carl Clifford Harmon, and her daughter in law, Debbie Nelson

Visitation: 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Friday, April 9, 2010 at Hatmaker Funeral Home Funeral Service: 8:00 p.m. Friday, April 9, 2010 at Hatmaker Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Wayne Phillips officiating.
Family and friends will meet at 10:30 AM Saturday, April 10, 2010 at Hatmaker Funeral Home to go in funeral procession to Leach Cemetery in Lake City for an 11:00 AM burial.
