Hazel Geraldine Lively Richardson, age 77, of Knoxville, Tennessee, went to be with her heavenly Father on Thursday, December 18, 2014 at the Fort Sanders Regional Medical Center in Knoxville. Hazel was born in Welch, West Virginia on April 29, 1937 to the late Sidney Blevins and Icy Pearl Browning. She was a member of the Guess's Fork Church of God in Virginia. She was a faithful and loving woman who loved listening to gospel/bluegrass music, reading her bible, cooking, and spending time with her family whom she loved dearly.In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband Everett Lively, Daughter: Sharon Graham, Sister: Phyllis Rattliff, and Brother-in-law: Riley Lester.

Visitation: 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM, Saturday, December 20, 2014 at Hatmaker Funeral Home in Lake City, Tennessee.
A graveside service will be held following visitation on Saturday, December 20, 2014 at the Beech Grove Cemetery (Cambra Hollow) in Lake City with Pastor Clyde Hooks officiating.
