Harvey James Bridges Jr., age 77, passed away on Monday August 1, 2011, surrounded by his family, at Select Specialty Hospital due to injuries sustained from an ATV accident on July 4, 2011. Harvey was born on May 1, 1934 on Vowell Mountain in Anderson County, TN to the late Rev. Harvey and Lula Marlow Bridges. He was an ordained Baptist Deacon. Harvey worked several years in Ohio and Oak Ridge. His greatest joys included his family, reading the Bible, riding his ATV, and roaming around in the mountains. In addition to his parents, Harvey is preceded in death by: son: Roger Wayne Bridges, Brother and Sister-in-Law: Clarence and Christine Bridges, Mother and Father-in-Law Houston and Vivian O'Shell, Sisters and Brothers-in-Law: Wanda O'Shell Van Wilpe, Gloria O'Shell and husband Leverette Abbott, Deloris O'Shell and husband Frank Lay, Ronnie O'Shell, Oliver Ray O'Shell, Jack Wagner

Procession to Mountain View Cemetery on Thursday, August 4, 2011 at for the 11:00 AM Graveside Service with Nephew Mark Wagner conducting services.
