Gordon Spencer Lewis, age 69, of Knoxville, Tennessee went home to live with his Heavenly Father on Monday, May 16, 2016 at the University of Tennessee. Gordon was a wonderful brother and friend to many people. He loved all people and they loved him. He was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Knoxville. Gordon enjoyed fishing, going on trips, sports, running in the Special Olympics, and dining out. Gordon is preceded in death by his father: Garlos Lewis and mother Audrey Lewis. Gordon leaves behind one brother: Glasco Lewis and three sisters: Cordie Ridenour, Jewel Lewis, and Teresia Lewis, all of Clinton, brother-in-law: Dennis Ridenour of Clinton, nieces: Amy Freeman and Jill Seiber, Renee Freeman, Julie Freeman, Courtney Freeman, Aubrey Ridenour, Kaylee Seiber, Malachi Long, and Schyler Seiber.
Many other close friends, nieces, nephews, and dear relatives and friends.
Visitation: 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., Friday, May 20, 2016 at Hatmaker Funeral Home in Lake City, Tennessee.
Funeral Service: To follow funeral service on Friday, May 20, 2016 in the Hatmaker Funeral Home Chapel.
Family and Friends will meet at Taylor Chapel Cemetery in Clinton following the funeral service on Friday, May 20, 2016 for Gordon's graveside service.
