Franklin "Frank" Donald Walker, 77, Lake City, TN, pass away at his residence, on Friday, July 12, 2013, surround by his loving family. He was born in Lake City on April 17, 1936 and the son of Myrtle Mae Walker and Elmer Pyles.
Frank worked for many years in the construction business as a carpenter and a Coal Miner. Frank was a very special person besides being a wonderful Father, Papaw, Great Papaw, Brother and Uncle.
Survived by his wife, Nevil A. Scarborough Walker, they were married August 8, 1960 in Jacksboro, TN also surviving are two daughters; Michellda "Michelle" Lynn and husband, Buddy Mitchell of Virginia and their daughter, Rebekka N. and daughter Vanessa Mae Hubbard of Lake City, TN and her children, Terri A. and husband, David Snelson and her children, Kyra Hope and Seth Wayne Crawford and Eric Michael and wife, Kimberly Hubbard and their sons, Ethan Michael and Nicholas Blake Allen Hubbard; also survived by his sisters; Aimee and husband, Gene Oakes and Gail and husband, J.C. Disney and special nephews: Floyd R. and wife, Wanda Scarbrough, Roger and wife, Thelma Scarborough, and Jimmy and wife, Irene Scarborough and many nieces and nephews.
Preceded in death by his parents, Great granddaughter; Khloe Nevaeh Hubbard.
The family will receive friends from 4:00 to 6:00 PM on Sunday, July 14, 2013 at Hatmaker Funeral Home. The funeral will follow with the Rev. Floyd R. Scarbrough officiating. At his request he will be cremated following services.
