Frances "Tincie" Elizabeth Phillips, age 92, of Lake City, went to be with her Lord and rejoin her loving husband and soulmate of 51 years on Wednesday, September 7, 2011 at her residence. Frances was born on July 19, 1919 in Anderson County, TN to the late Millard and Rosie Smith Galbraith. She was a member of the Laurel Branch Baptist Church of Briceville. Frances enjoyed, flowers, going to church, and spending time with her family. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Rev. General Phillips, brothers, Robert "Bob" Galbraith, Jessie Galbraith, Frank Galbraith, her sisters, Minnie Parker, Mallie Smith, and Flora Seiber, grandson, Timmy Brock, Son-in-Laws Larry McCoy, J.P. "Jake" McCoy and special friend, Gertrude Scarbrough.

Visitation: 5 pm to 8 pm Saturday, September 10, 2011 at Hatmaker Funeral Home.
Funeral Service: 3 pm Sunday, September 11, 2011 in the Hatmaker Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Floyd Scarbrough, Rev. Archie Seiber, and Rev. Joey Cagley officiating.
Interment: To follow funeral service at Pine Hill Cemetery in Lake City.
