Flossie Lovania (Martin) Hunley

Flossie Martin Hunley, age 95 of Lake City, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Friday, July 15, 2011 at her residence. She was born March 1, 1916 to the late Al Prince and Idella Cook Martin. Flossie was the oldest member of the Longfield Baptist Church, where she was a devoted Christian and served as Sunday school and bible school teacher. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by husband; Otha Hunley, daughter; Louise Hunley, son; James Hunley, sister; Lorene Abner, brother; Clifford Martin, daughter-in-law; Inez Hunley, son-in-laws; Farley Junior Phillips and Floyd Slover.

Nine grandchildren, Fourteen grandchildren, and Ten Great Great Grandchildren.

Several nieces and nephews and host of other relatives.

Visitation, 6:00 - 8: 00 PM Sunday, July 17, 2011 at Hatmaker Funeral Home
Funeral: 8:00 PM Sunday, July 17, 2011 in the Hatmaker Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Gary Smith and Rev. Kenneth Seeber officiating.
Family and friends will meet at 10:30 AM Monday, July 18, 2011 at the funeral home to go in funeral procession to Oak Grove Cemetery for 11:00 AM interment to Oak Grove Cemetery for 11:00 AM interment.
