Fleda Phillips, age 86 of Lake City, passed away Wednesday, April 14, 2010 at her home. She was born November 28, 1923 in Anderson County, TN., one of 4 children born to Ervin and Susie White. Fleda was a member of the Clinch River Baptist Church. She loved to quilt and collect Fenton Glass. She was the owner of Phillips Grocery Store in the Cherry Bottom Community. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Willard Phillips, step mother, Nell White, brother, Ovas White, and sister, Bobbie Lee Rainey.

Interment: To follow the Funeral Service at Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Dutch Valley Road, in Clinton, Tn.
