Ferman Ray Haire

Ferman "Bud" Ray Haire, 72 of Claxton, passed away Wednesday, March 13, 2013 at the Methodist Medical Center of Oak Ridge. He was born on February 19, 1941, to the late Vernon and Beulah Haire in Bryson City, NC. He was a member of the Shephard's Chapel. He worked at Ryder's Truck Rental as a diesel mechanic for 20 years. His hobbies included fishing, hunting, metal-detecting, and riding motorcycles. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by: brothers, Leo Carver, Roger Wayne Haire, his sisters, Shelby Jean Haire and Argie Cunningham, mother and father-in-law, Elmer and Evelyn Foust of Claxton.

Visitation: 3:00-5:00 PM Saturday, March 16, 2013 at Hatmaker Funeral Home.
Funeral Service: 5:00 PM Saturday, March 16, 2013 in the Hatmaker Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Pitney Seiber and Rev. Elmer Carver officiating.

Upon Ferman Ray Haire's wishes, there will be no graveside services.
