Evelyn (Braden) Gibson

Evelyn Inez Braden Gibson, age 78, of Briceville, Tennessee, entered the Kingdom of Heaven on Sunday, June 28, 2015. She was saved at an early age and was a lifelong member of Indian Bluff Baptist Church. Evelyn enjoyed cooking and caring for her family. She was a kind, caring, and wonderful person. She loved her family dearly and was loved by everyone. In addition to her parents, William R. (Bill) and Stella Braden, Evelyn is preceded in death by brothers: Kenneth E. and Donnie L. Braden; sisters: Blanche Lorene Braden, Barbara June Daugherty, and Maxie Beam Sharp; nieces: Angela Braden and Sheryl Jenks; and her nephew, Michael Wayne Braden.

Visitation: 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM Tuesday, June 30, 2015 at Hatmaker Funeral Home, Lake City, Tennessee.
Funeral Service: 8:00 PM Tuesday, June 30, 2015 in the Hatmaker Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Tom Byrge and Rev. Wayne Phillips officiating.
Family and friends will meet at Hatmaker Funeral Home in Lake City on Wednesday, July 1, 2015 at 12:15 PM to go in procession to the Indian Bluff Cemetery in Briceville for a 1:00 PM graveside service.
