Eric Jerry Taylor

Eric Jerry Taylor, 81 of Toledo, passed away Thursday, July 7, 2016 in his residence. Jerry was born in Briceville , TN on June 30, 1935 to Doc. A. and Edra Edith (McCoy) Taylor. Jerry had retired from General Motors Powertrain after 30 years of employment. In his spare time Jerry loved to fish. Jerry was preceded in death by his parents; stepson, Brian Aslinger; 2 sisters.

Surviving are his wife, Oma; children, Misty Miles, Edra, Laura, Kelly Taylor, Barry, Betty, Blake Aslinger; grandchildren, Lia, Carla (Chad), Robbie (Kyle), Daniel, Ciara, McKinley, Steve, Britanie, Fred, Jessica, Jacob, Julieann, Diana, Brittany, Brooke, 17 great grandchildren; 6 sisters.

Visitation will be on Tuesday, July 12, 2016 at Hatmaker Funeral Home from 4:00 to 8:00 PM
Funeral will be on Wednesday, July 13, 2016 at Hatmaker Funeral Home at 11:00 AM.
Interment will follow the funeral at Circle Cemetery in Briceville, Tennessee.
