Emma Lee Kennedy

Emma Lee Kennedy, age 79 of Lake City, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, May 22, 2014. She was born in Anderson County, Tennessee on May 10, 1935 to the late Columbus and Ellen Phillips. Emma was a member of New Pilot Baptist Church and enjoyed working outside in the flowers and taking care of her home. In addition to her parents, Emma is preceded in death by her husband, Charlie Kennedy, her son, Eddie Kennedy, her brother, Bart Phillips, and her sister, Susie Armes.

Visitation: 12:00 Noon - 1:00 PM Wednesday, May 28, 2014 at the New Pilot Baptist Church in New River.
Funeral Service: 1:00 PM Wednesday, May 28, 2014 at the New Pilot Baptist Church in New River with Rev. Jimmy Lindsay officiating.
Interment: To Follow Funeral Services on Wednesday, May 28, 2014 at the New Pilot Cemetery in New River.
